@ #6 Too much exercise
and putting strain on your body
can actually make you look older
as the strain will show up on your face.

This is especially so with Runners
who push themselves to the limit.

Everything within moderation makes you feel great
and is Healthy :)

@ #3 ... Spot exercises have proven many a times of being Very Effective.
Whenever I start putting on an extra cm on my thighs,
I focus my exercise programme on that particular area
and it Works!
Boobs ... too small?
Do the "I must I must increase my Bust" exercise (I'm sure you know this)
I know it helps!
Calf muscles are too small or too big?
do the whipping exercise on your steps
whipping up and down every day ten times will tone your calf muscles
and make them appear slender and stronger.

There are many, many more Spot-exercises that really help
if done diligently :)
