What does this heading mean? Train Yourself to Sleep Deep

Does Care 2 mean "Train yourself to sleep Deeply" or
"Train Yourself to experience Deep Sleep"
either way would have been gramatically correct!

Both of these videos have been next to useless.

Some sleep tips I've found to help:
1. Have some 'white noise' in the background whilst you sleep, e.g. the low hum of a fan, air purifier, dehumidifier etc.

2. Keeping your head cool, whilst your body is warm under the duvet/blankets etc. You could try a 'chillow' (a plastic mat with a small amount of cold water in that you put in your pillow which absorbs heat from your head while you sleep) -
from the UK:
from the US:

3.Keep your head cool with a desk fan on low setting, which also provides 'white noise'.

I really wish they would give you an option between watching videos or reading an article or high lights of the video.

Although this was close to being worthless, it is something I've known all along. I normally do well with 5 hours of sleep. Whenever I do sleep for a lot more, I feel tired all day long.

My big problem, however, is obstructive sleep apnea; tests have shown that I stop breathing, while asleep, every 15 seconds or so. My wife - if she's awake while I'm asleep - will take to nudging me and saying "breathe!"

I have even had two separate machines, an CPAP and a VPAP, and because they were old technology, they made a lot of noise, and were made to fit over the nose only. My nose has been clogged for most of my adult life; two separate surgeries to fix a deviated septum, did not give me better breathing abilities.

Now, finally, they make those machines to be much more quiet, and the masks fit over both nose and mouth, and my doctor has recommended I go for another sleep test - that will be number 4 - and get a newer machine, to help me.

Sleep apnea is bad for your heart; I've had two stents put in already, so it may be time to get a quiet machine, that works for my mouth-breathing self !

But this short video is not really helpful. And worse, the medicine which sponsors it is bad stuff, along with Ambien, as they both make people get up and do strange things while not truly awake.

Sorry ... I was rambling there; must be a lack of quality sleep ...
