My blood presser is 100/60. .I know how to de-stress myself by meditation and don't eat like other people do. My idea of a lunch is sitting down to a bowl of bananas...(loaded with potassium.) I learned how to eat at 47, when I met a very healthy 50 year old man. I observed how he ate. I had read health books for years, but one picture is worth a thousand words. This man looked no more than 30 He had a 28 inch waist. A full head of hair. No gray. He entered physique contests and was beating out 20 to30 year old men. He had been living on nothing but raw fruits and vegetables, since he was 16. His grandfather had given him books written by Dr N.W. Walker - and he decded to become a vegetarian. I followed his information and in one year saw a spectacular change in my own body. I don't eat as perfectly as he did, but I have NO healh problems at almost eighty.
