This is awesome! Almost all soy is certainly not genetically engineered, although there is soy out there, as there are other products, that ARE genetically engineered, so please be sure to read labels carefully. BUT this brings up that we should be reading labels anyway!

I can't believe that anyone eating a wholesome diet, focusing on having a positive outlook, and exercising could have any cholesterol in their diets, but with anything good, will come the ney-sayers.

I say that if anyone really wants to be healthy to do everything we've discussed already (wholesome foods, no fast food, exercise, mental stimualation, etc;), but ADD volunteering AND adopting a rescued animal to the equation. Not only will you feel good that you gave back, but having someone to care for, forces you to walk, get up earlier, focus more....as well as, the relationship you develop with an animal is therapeutic, life changing and can save your life!
