It's embarrassing to compare what the Canadian Govt has done by cuts from it's environmental protection laws to enable them to pour more money into the tar-sands and bitumen pipelines.
By comparison, Vienna is such an elegant city and their creativity and modernisation makes it a very desirable city in which to live. Canada and BC in particular could take a few lessons.
