Vitalized water includes mountain water–particularly that from glaciers–and certain deep springs. You almost know the taste of it, it seems to radiate life. Every civilization for as far back as we can remember has worshiped sacred springs and fountains and attributed to them magical properties. The Indians of America also worshipped springs where they believed nature spirits dwelled. These natural springs do in fact have healing properties, due to being enriched by passing through ancient, uncultivated soil that has not been exhausted of its mineral content.

Vital water contains essential catalysts that allow vitamins,
enzymes, and other nutrients to perform their necessary roles in
the body. There are ways to revitalize water! Here is a way with the simple addition of a few drops of something most of us have in our kitchens:

Simple Method to Revitalize Water

Add several drops of lemon or orange juice to 8 ounces of water!

Water that has been vitalized in this way is easily digested, light, pleasant-tasting, and favorable to health.

Squeezing lemon in tap water before drinking it is an ancient ritual in India. Tap water here is terrible. I think the lemon in the water saves most people.
