Wealth as Pure Consciousness

True wealth consciousness is consciousness of the source of all material reality. This source of all material reality is pure consciousness. It is pure awareness. It is the unified field. It is the field of all possibilities.

We cannot know this field just by thinking about it because, by definition, it is transcendental to thought. We can, however, have experiential knowledge of this field by transcending to it and knowing it intimately as our own nature.

When we transcend, we know non-verbally without the use of words. We obtain knowledge directly, without the distracting intervention of spoken language. This is the value of meditation, which gives us the experience of pure Being, although the experience of pure Being is in itself an expression of pure bliss and pure joy.

The main advantage of altering the experience of mediation with activity is that the more we dive into the field of pure Being, pure awareness, pure consciousness, the more our activity acquires the qualities inherent in pure Being, in pure consciousness.

Knowing about the qualities intellectually and putting attention on the qualities also helps, because, ultimately, whatever we experience is a result of the quality of our attention.

Looking beyond that which appears to be to that which is. The truth of wealth. Thank you.

"... ultimately, whatever we experience is a result of the quality of our attention." - is not quite true.

Without putting the quality of my attention on work, I WILL experience poverty and hunger.

Thank you for that meaningful excerpt from Creating Affluence.
Reading some comments I am reminded of the saying which reads something like : "If you believe it, it's true. If you don't believe it, it's true.

Well, we are all " in it", but many are stumbling in the dream state while waking....the pure awareness is still there. I keep going back to the 4 Noble Truths, getting that puts us well on the way to noticing more of what is going on, and regardless of the doo doo we may be in, encouraged, or motivated, to practice what will liberate us while we clean up the mess, or let it compost whatever.
