the question was which are actually healthy, not if they do as they claim. from the standpoint of if they’re healthy, depends what you’re comparing it to. fruit juice has fructose which is like sugar, so should be drunk in moderation, like you would a ‘full fat’ sugary drink/soda. but out of the two, the fruit juice would be a healthier option. out of the information provided, there were only a few that seemed a little dubious: the first one and the last one
