3 Moves To Greater Vitality

Consider this amazing fact: what you give attention to grows.

So no matter where you are right now in your life, if you practice three magic moves, you can expand your vitality and creativity while continuing to open a flow of love and connection with others.

The Three Moves

1. Do your best to speak honestly, rather than concealing the truth.

When you focus your attention on noticing your body sensations and describing them, sharing your feelings as they arise, and especially sharing what’s familiar in any conflict, you immediately open more aliveness in you. You also solve problems more quickly and free up lots more free time for creating and connecting.

2. Take healthy responsibility, wonder rather than blaming others.

Mmmmm, I didn't learn anything from this article. What is the moral of this story? Stop lying to yourself and stop blaming the Republican rich people who destroyed your life?

I am not terribly impressed with this article...especially that I am forced to blindly go to an additional resource...which from my deeply entrenched IT background makes me think and rethink thrice....

Just like in email a link to somewhere unknown can download a digital treasure that can keep on giving.

Give a brief summary of all 3 and a link to the other site tends to feel 'safer' to me.

Hey Sue H. I thought the same thing you did....Hmmmm...I wonder what I can learn from this?
Now that is too much. :)
A good reminder of re grounding ourselves. :)
