Wisdom from Kimberly Rex, MS

Creating greater inner peace in your part of the world is a way to empower new possibilities for your life, relationships and the planet.

Start in your heart.

Widening your heart to the places in your life where you feel resentment, anger, and guilt is a way to bring inner peace to unfinished business from the past. With death and disease surrounding me at this time, it is hard to focus on myself. And this is the time to do it. I am giving my heart and hands to those around me. I need to take a moment each day to give my heart back to myself. Thank you for the reminder.
