Yay! That was very considerate of them to mention vegan alternatives.
Another idea; red peppers have vit C too, so I add them to my stir fry to put on my rice and beans :3.

I hate all these videos. If it's not the actual blog post, then it's one of the ads. They're loud and obtrusive. I can't always remember to turn off the sound before I open these pages. and why should I have to? Just let us know on the newsletter title page so we can avoid them. Is that really so hard?
