Ancient Chinese techniques of Feng Shui can be applied to enhance our natural beauty, especially when it comes to having beautiful hair.

A gorgeous silky, shiny mane of hair is more than just a good hairstyle. Learn these simple techniques so you can have hair that is, in the Chinese phrase, like a “waterfall of silk,” here:

These four principles will help to keep your hair looking its best:

1. Find the right products for your hair type.
2. Treat hair gently, whether it is wet or dry.
3. Evaluate your lifestyle if you are experiencing extensive hair loss that is not related to a medical problem.
4. Carry out these 3 exercises as often as possible:

Exercise A
Rub your hands together until they are hot. While exhaling, tap your fingertips against the top of your forehead, at your hairline. Inhale and repeat the tapping. Do this exercise four times.

Exercise B
Again, rub your hands until they are warm. Exhale and tap your finger on the middle of the top of your head. Do not tap while inhaling. Repeat this exercise four times.

Exercise C
Rub your hands together until they are hot. Exhale and tap behind your ears, where your hair starts. Do not tap while inhaling. Repeat this exercise four times.
