Hero Next Door Contest

Tom's of Maine believes that creating positive change in our communities requires work at every level, from organizations enacting comprehensive programs down to the individual who helps their neighbor or fellow citizens on a daily basis. That's why Tom's of Maine supports both top-down and grassroots efforts:

• Tom's of Maine donates 10% of pre-tax profits to charitable organizations supporting the environment, human needs, the arts, and education.
• Tom's of Maine encourages our employees to use 5% of their paid time volunteering at nonprofit organizations of their choice.
• Tom's of Maine is sponsoring the "Hero's Next Door" contest to honor everyday people doing extraordinary things to make a difference.
