We think the elephant issue should be next! And L.A. Zoo is the place to start. We can't imagine a more moving and heartbreaking site than that of Billy incessantly bobbing his head up and down, while standing alone is his tiny, barren pen. (SEE COMMENTS)

We are so very, very close to freeing Billy from his solitary confinement in a miserable, barren zoo pen - please don't stop your efforts now! Remember: Thirteen elephants have died at the L.A. Zoo since 1975. More than half never lived to age 20.
