The bill includes provisions for medical marijuana use, and is gaining bipartisan support in the house. Unfortunately, if the bill passes the House, Senate AND a sure-to-come veto from Bush, it won't affect individual state penalties but it's a start!

They were accused of being big time pot growers. Went to trial and lost all they had. Many lies were told. Police even talked to the Jurors after we were ALL told not too. The Pot WAS NOT ON THEIR LAND! They were railroaded by a southern law team.
