A Cornish farmer has been jailed for 60 days for repeatedly neglecting cattle after vets and animal inspectors found them "unacceptably thin and emaciated".

He is not a farmer, just another animal abuser. He should not keep any stock on his farm.

I don't see the point of farming animals and ill treating them.

He was just lazy!... Wanted the animals but too lazy to feed them - water them, take care of them in the timely manner they required. The longer he got away with it, the worse neglect the animals had to go through... A wannabe farmer, too lazy to "farm".
