It is difficult to believe that lions could become extinct but since they fell prey to the cattle disease and died in their hundreds, nothing seems impossible. Humans have a lot to answer for.

These are wonderful people-and this project is delightful-what a shame it is for the cause it is-that it ever came to this in the first place.
