Horrible, just horrible and what is wrong with these people that live in this town for not putting as stop to this? Isn't this a place in the US? I thought they were a civilized nation?

Eureka - I have problems signing petitions over at Change.org

They keep thinking i'm an american - and i' have my profile set to canada...

so i can't sign unless i close and reopen my account - i've already contacted admin - days ago about this issue - but they have not replied to my correspondence..

There should be laws against this kind of abuse and it is abuse. Was going to say I hope he gets out and chews on a few people---but then they would shoot him---so the only thing to do is raise he** over this. I have seen this kind of animal abuse all across the country, so this is not an isolated case. These poor animals live in horrible conditions. Going to have to have laws with "teeth" in them to take care of these problems. Noted/signed/thanks Cher
