YOU THINK PEOPLE THAT LIVE IN THESE AREAS SHOULD HAVE A SAFE HAVEN TO LET THEIR DOGS OUT IN? DUH, LIKE MAYBE A CHAIN LINK KENNEL!~~! THERE HAVE TO BE WAYS FOR THEM TO PROTECT THEIR OWN DOGS!
I FOR ONE, AND HAPPY THEY TOOK THE PERMITS AWAY~!~:-)

IF they stop providing livestock, pets and trash to feed wildlife, they will move on to find food... People just don't think... Thanks Cher!

There has got to be better ways of dealing with this. Obviously pet owners should fence yards and supervise their pets in such areas; as for livestock, let's create jobs and get sepcialists to work ways to make the wolves decide to relocate themselves without causing damage - provided they have room to relocate to! or the ones that get really pesky can be trapped and relocated by the wildlife services.

I live in a wild life estate in South Africa... yes I have to kep all my cats secure otherwise they c ould get taken by a python or something else... it is up to pople to look after their own animals and stop blaming the wolves for all that is wrong.... They were here first and we should adapt our lives accordingly.
