The poor and the vulnerable are suffering because California voted in a famous actor to be governor. Pity he didn't have a brain.

Sadly this was coming, and Care2 had a petition, we sent letters etc, still it failed!

California is a SAD STATE...

This is a grave problem, should someone go on vacation, their "Best Friend" gets out, they don't get back, the animal doesn't have a Chip or coller on it, the pet sitter doesn't go to look for it promptly, you come home to a missing DEAD FRIEND, that is the fact...

Guys make sure if you live in California or any please, micro chip your animal, my girl has one in her, she doesn't like to wear a collar...if she got out, my greatest fear would probably happen.

California Took away so much, National Parks, Animal Shelter stays, etc, yet our taxes are right up there with Hawaii 9.50%...What is with that????

Actually it is not just California..There are cuts all over..and unfortunately..those cuts effect not only people..children..but animals as well..
So many shelters have shut down..or cut back in one way or another..

Lets just hope that the economy turns for the better soon..for all involved..

This really saddens me as these animals don't stand a chance... it is like that here to in South Africa and I have had arguements with the SPCA regarding this tooooooooooooo
