African elephants, Ethiopian wolves, Andean cats and cheetahs are on the run. Habitat loss, encroaching human populations, disease and pollution are threatening their existence. Do you want your or your children's generation to be the last to know

Scientist are calling this the fifth great extinction period. I believe it. I am sure my grandchildren will be denied the opportunity to see the wonderful animals. Thank you, Cher for this distressing news.

I think its great that people are making solar power available to animal conservation/preservation/rescue groups. I wish I had the $ to donate. Last year I gave my family stuffed animals representing donations for wolves, polar bears snow leopards and eagles. This year the "toys" doubled in price, but my disability pension hasn't--oh I gave my granddaughters dolls who represented food for the hungry in Peru. ( My son gave them the opportunity to donate $50. of what could have gone toward presents to the charity of their choice. They did. :) I think I'll shop the click to donate stores for little stuff I can afford for everybody, and then crochet everything else.Cher you always find such interesting and important articles thank you.

I hope this is the kind of good news that reduces the amount of bad news coming down the line! Great for sustainable power, great for less habitat destruction, great for less emissions, great for us all!! It's wonderful to read about the companies that donated to the effort too!

This is good inspiration for other businesses out there... just look what you can do if you just make a little effort.

gOD KNOWS THE ANIMALS NEED ALL THE HELP THEY CAN GET.. Every little bit helps. I worry every day that my grandchildren might not even grow up to be able to see the great animals. Why do so many want to kill them is it the times, am I missing something. They beauty enlighten and heritage to us all why destroy them. We have nothing to replace them. I pray ever day dear God wrap your loving arms around the wildlife animals family friends and keep them from all harm. I really do not know what else to do. I think the Japanese will destroy the oceans, and the world will destroy the animals. We will be lucky to be able to keep our furbabies.
