What a sick society we live in. I blame those kids parents not doing their job properly. When are people going to realize bringing another human being into the world is a huge responsibility.
Maybe we have to start teaching humans how to be humane.

Yea right this 18 yr old is not youth or kid, he is considered an adult and his sentence was a joke. he is already past counseling to help him. he thinks what he did was cool and macho, that the dog deserved to be taught a lesson and killed for messing with his dog.

this jerk needed to be sentenced to yrs of counseling and yrs of prison. OMG what is this jerk going to do some poor little kid or old couple? he is scarey and needs to be kept off the streets.
