How brutal can man be to do an act like this. I think this is most depraved and brutal story I have ever read. Cher, your news is just terrible today. I wish you had not reported this, it makes me so sick.

Having these nonsensical discriminations enschrined in law whereby it is argued that the animal was hunted because it was lawful prey only serves to further fuel the barbarism inflicted on animals generally. To say that to do some unspeakble thing to a cat or dog is cruel but permissable if it is a coyote misses the point of having respect for animals anyway and is no different to say having a segregated school, lavatory or diner for blacks or whites only it is at the least unjust discrimination and in practice a license to be barbaraic for hunters and those who use any other forms of animal abuse on a wild creature! Is some pervert trying to gain entry to the Guiness book of records for bizarre uses of duct tape!

Do you care if coyotes are mutilated or abused?
Yes - people who torture any animal should be tortured themselves.
Yes - even if the coyote is being hunted, it should not have to unduly suffer.

Cher HUN...

Gotta say the fact that it HURTS to read it and give me horrible headaches is a fact, but YOU are getting this out for people to see. This is important because a TON of newspapers are not doing this, totally upsetting to me.

The fact that I have to jump off this site sometimes and just sob is a fact of all of the sensative articles of WRONG that is being done to our precious creatures.

I get to ILL personally, and yet, this needs to get out for people to be aware of what some people do.

You do a terrific job, I just get to worked up about all of what MANKIND does to all of our special animals.

If there is a "Come back as another creature" I certainly don't want to be human, but, hopefully if I do kick to bucket and come back as an animal these news articles will be giving me a better chance in life. And...dear lady I am thankful for that!
