A grown-up adult Royal Bengal tiger of the world famous Sundarbans Tiger Reserve in West Bengal, while on prowl strayed into human habitations recently.

I remember an episode I shared with a Royal Bengal tigier at a zoon when I was 16. The poor big cat was cage and pacing back and forth. I wanted to take a photograph of her, so I said pose and she stop moving and sat dow, then I said smile and she really did. I think these cats are so intelligent that the will make it when they are return to the wild. Royals Bengals are my favotie tigers, Cher, thank you so much for the article.

I really do hope the tigers numbers in this reserve aren;t as low as 75. Good to hear of one so well and also that the welfare of the tiger was as important as that of the villagers and that she was released back to her home.
