Well I agree to a point on this they were not native and if they are trying to bring back the natuallity to this place they either one need to be all neuterd or yes transplanted and hopefully found homes for...

Unfortunately, you don't "find homes" for feral cats. They are totally wild animals and they want nothing to do with people.

Here, the feral cats are very destructive. They raid the nests of mother ducks and kill all of the ducklings. It's really sad to see a mother duck with 12 cute little fluff-ball babies one day, and 2 or 3 the next day, and none the next day.
The feral cats also try to get the goslings, but the parents can usually fight off a cat.
If I had my way, I would re-establish the natural balance here, and that means no cats.
