Great idea. If only my bike weren't stuck in our shed, that's had the roof fall in and is now being held up by the guinea pigs old hutch. So that's why I've go that spare tyre round my middle....

I have ridden a bike my whole life, never had my license so I don't drive.

I have peddled my butt all across this city!!! lol

It's cheap, not harmful to the environment and a great way to stay in shape!

I am an avid cyclist and would ride everyday if the weather permitted it. However, Karl Ulrich at the University of Pennsylvania published a controversial study in 2006 that concluded that shifting people from cars to bicycles offered almost no net environmental benefit.
Not saying I agree with it, but have read the study (its available from Penn online) and it makes some interesting points. I recommend reading it if only for the energy calculations in it.
Anyway its pouring rain here today so no bike for me... maybe Thursday.
