Everyone should have highest concern about children and how to act being near water and in water. Here in Sweden the school has put on priority that all children have to learn to swim and save life of emergency in water.

My neighbour ( years ago) lost a two year old in their backyard swimming pool. One would hope that awareness of the dangers of leaving children unattended near water (even in the bath....toddlers can drown in very little water) would be a high priority. Thanks for posting this. We need constant reminders!
