That is really amazing - I'd love to see that put in place in more states. It really is such a win-win, governments should always be on the look out for situations like this!

Great day in the morning! What a great idea and a solution to helping animals get spayed and/or neutered.

This is fabulous news, esp for people that can't afford to have there pets spayed/neutered. I just wish people would really think long and hard before taking on an animal. They are a life time commitment, not fashion statements, or what the rich and famous are sporting that perticular day. Please think....

Personally I think Vets should donate some time to sp/ueter pets for low in come people anyway!!
Just like I think human Doctors should donate time to help low income people.
I know Vets and Drs work hard, long hours. But most also make really good money. Think, if even 1/4 of Vets and Drs did this what a huge difference it would make in this world.

I wish they would institute this plan in my home state. It would sure cut down on my vet bill since I seem to be the local home for all the stray cats and so far haven't received any discounts for spay and neutering.

This is a fabulous idea and it should be done in all states. Along with that, since vets charge so darn much for spay and neuter I would like to have working vets volunteer for the same thing. Whether they get any renumeration for it is beside the point. They should do it to help the animals. I can't even get a vet to take payments so I cannot take a sick nimal in unless I have a small savings for them ready and waiting. This is a mahvelous idea, deah.

Good news. Wish the number was a little higher for a credit. There are so many pets that need the surgery but their pet parents can't afford the cost.
