I wonder if it would be more effective to increase enforcement of child-sex laws, rather than try to shut down the adult sex trade?

I'm a believer in civil liberties and I believe ADULTS have the right to sell their sexual favors.

Children are a different matter, however, and there are good laws in place...how are these people getting around them?
