Of the millions of children around the world who never get the chance to attend school, two thirds are girls. Most live in poverty, working to support their families at the expense of their own education

Thank you for donating to CARE in support of Join My Village. Your donation is supporting CARE’s vital poverty fighting work in Malawi and India.

Watched and shared this video last week. I also support Join my Village on Facebook where clicks make money and on their website, you can collect tokens for donations. This Project is a recent addition to their work and I think that it is wonderful in that it empowers young women to avoid early marriages and increase their independence and earning potential..

Where can we click to donate for American Citizen's FREE healthcare for all?
Cuz I hear you can be endebted for life through premature birth of your first child?!
Women all around this planet deserve Care.

And may I stress that free healthcare IS one of the Basic Human Rights?

Noted, watched & shared. I found this to be both heartbreaking and uplifting. It is astonishing to know the rate of uneducated girls & women. And that the backward train of thought is still tolerated. I hope the trend for educating the women of India and the world continues. Education is something that ALL are entitled to.

First we need to put our energy into the education of fellow Americans. We have problems here we run to some 3rd world country rather than put our money and time to solve the problems here. Charity begins at home. After our house is in order then we can assist others.
