Noted, Signed & Shared! They should have implemented a program such as this years ago. All child abuse physical, sexual, and emotional abuse should be identified and dealt with immediately because of the serious consequences to the child! Lisa Steinberg might still be alive today if the teachers had been taught to identify the signs of abuse and also required to report it to the authorities too, not just ignore it!

The sad thing will be the administrators who refuse to act despite all the evidence if the parents seem to be perpetrator and have perceived power.........
