Most likely this criminal has killed pets and other small animals. He probably is a bully and has abused, and tortured smaller kids, and will, if he has not already abuse spouse and whomever he can.

This guy is already a serial killer. Do we really need to wait to lock him away from society until he gets bored with hedgehogs and decides that humans are more fun to kill? Is that when it's finally time to pursue this predator for the dangerous criminal that he is? It's also very sad and disturbing to think of all of those children who could have witnessed (or did witness) this kind of sick carnage!

This is not only cruelty to animals, it is also cruelty to children. The coward not only murdered those poor hedgehogs, he deliberately lined them up outside of a school, so that the innocent students WOULD SEE THEM.

I hope the perpetrator is caught and yes, the police should be called to investigate.
