There are few periods in life that are as exciting, tiring and filled with emotion as raising a baby. On top of being a lot of work, bringing a newborn into the world can be expensive and lead to a huge amount of waste being generated.

i always give green baby gifts and i get some serious bargains. just a couple of weeks ago, i found an organic, 9 piece newborn set of clothing for $20 on clearance at walmart.com ebay and amazon can be competitive too. big lots also has good deals. the key is to shop ahead of time, so you don't panic buy. if i were having a baby, i would buy massive quantities as products go on sale.
