Apparently this city has finally opened it's eyes and become aware
of the atrocities that have been lying within. Racing pidgeons and
tethering dogs are common occurances. Now they are illegal in Arlington.

Thank-You, Thank-You Arlington. Tethering is cruel and horrid way to exist. It also ups the chance of the dog to become overly territorial and attack. Plus they tend to be forgotten and starve to death. Thank-You, again
