Signed, #435, I urge you to please pass Nitro's Law in Ohio before the year's end to strengthen animal cruelty laws. Right now, the worst animal cruelty acts are only counted as misdemeanors when they should be counted as felony animal cruelty which would carry harsher penalties including jail time. Strengthening animal cruelty laws in Ohio will not only help animals, but may protect human lives too!
