Noted, thank you Cher. A sustainable neighbourhood where kids can play outdoors, where you can walk your dog safely, with a new kind of architecture...who wouldn't want to live / grow up there ? Here in Belgium they build "sustainable neighbourhoods", BUT with a large fence arround it ! It's not inviting and it gives the impression "whites only" - I think they got it all wrong. I wouldn't like to live behind that fence where there's no diversity.
