When Bush was Governor of Texas, he relaxed all of the standards for factories - basically saying they can police themselves, they dont need a Gov't agency placing costly inhibitors on their $$ production. He passed similar laws as President but the real controlling factor is on the state & city level. If a city wants to clean itself up - they can impose restrictions and change the mindset of people to live greener.

I am not surprised by any of the cities listed, except Phoenix. This was a disappointment.

No matter where I live I am alergic to everything.

I am surprised that Nebraska wasn't mentioned because that is where I lived and I really had big problems.

Look up Cow Fart Warnings for yourself and see what I am speaking about.

If people would look up Formula I under Shaklee Products without that I wouldn't be able to step out and I live in Florida where everything is blooming all of the time.
