Thanks Cher. Signed with pleasure. but I very much doubt that a petition will keep the bastards honest. It would appear that everyone bribes everyone these days for favours required. Bribery stifles the free functioning of democracy and should be made illegal. A very large fine might keep the bastard as honest? Money deprivation hurts greedy people more than a petition will?
