EPA should consider Shell in breach of contract and view approvals as nullified for noncompliance

Why in the world would the EPA change any of the rules for drilling for any oil company, when we know their Bottom Line is always "Making As Much Money As Possible, No Matter What They Must Do To Make It, with absolutely no concern or regard for those they might or will hurt: our nation, our people, the nations of the world, their citizenry, flora, fauna, etc.).

I don't see Shell as being treated in a special manner as I think all big oil companies act like they have no rules. the government looks the other way because they benefit from these destroyers of the earth. Shell is no different but they are in the forefront as they are the ones going in for the kill in the Arctic.

Reported the spammers and signed the petition.

Shell has proved over and over that they cannot be trusted to clean up after themselves and anyone doubting that fact only needs to look at what they have achieved in the Niger delta.
