Water that is safe to drink is a human right--how many people will die or risk permanent health problems because of the proposed funding cuts?

signed. thanks. one issue humanity will have to deal with sooner than later is water and how to distribute it fairly.....we've had decades to consider the issue and never willing to discuss.....yet we can send pollution all over the world by train, ship, pipeline and of course through the water/air/food/soil.....
