Right whales are still endangered, with only 400 left. There has not been enough time for the whales to recover its population- and extinction, without human intervention, is a real possibility. Extend the reduced speed limit in right whale habitat.

Totally Signed...So much traffic and Junk out there...There has been so many Whales on the beaches of the California Coast that have been hit by ships and those are the only ones we know about....The rest sadly just fall to the bottom of the Ocean and Die!
