Absolutely horrific. Although only the threat of immediate death could make me give up my animals, I am in no positition to judge and my heart breaks for these people and animals. Hang this monster !

Signed......all shelters should have inspections.....Most state or local shelters hire folkd applying to work at local government positions and some wind up at the local county shelters, people who do not even like animals but no other positions available. These places are suppose to have a certain numbers of days by law to retain pets but many disregard it and take your fee and euthanize the next day. How do you "police" a community government office? Thank goodness an employee with a conscious came forward...I wish many more would leak the illegal and inhumane practices happening everywhere at these county -run shelters and private run shelters. People SHOULD NOT take their pets to these places at all and adopt an understanding that if and when you bring a being into your home either human or mammal, bird, repilte or fish...you bring it in for life.....there is always a way.
