I signed, but I have to say from a vegetarian perspective the difference between eating a horse and eating a cow or a sheep is vanishingly small.

If the a--hole bought the meat in Canada, the horse was probably from the United States, trucked into Canada, and then brutally killed there. The chef is a jerk.

This makes me so MAD! Why does MoMA completely disregard humane treatment of horses, the public health and the fact that selling horse meat is illegal in the U.S.? Noted, signed and will share. Thanks!
