Due to government mandates, a portion of the corn produced in the United States every year must go toward the production of ethanol--otherwise referred to as E10. While it's probably no surprise that some of America's corn is being used to make fuel,

I guess few people are aware that the umbrella label "AAA" in reality covers over 70 clubs and companies. Based on the information in the footline, I would guess that one of the most active clubs on this issue is AAA-NCNU (Northern California, Nevada, and Utah). Go team! I would expect all the clubs to be in agreement though. It's just doggoned silly, not to mention wasteful and detrimental, when the cows have to eat cookies, gummy worms, marshmallows, and fruit loops because the farmers can't get feed corn. My question is what can we do if we own and drive vehicles that can't handle E15? I'm not about to go out and buy a new 2013 car when my Honda Fit has less than 9,000 miles on the odometer! Any ideas?
