In two court hearings, May 6th, 2011 and November 2nd, 2011, Judge Caldwell stated that the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries permit issued to keep Tony, a 12 year-old Siberian-Bengal tiger at a truck-stop, was issued illegally.

Unfortunately, the man is appealing so as to confine Tony longer, and has attempted to make a propaganda film that backfires on him when many people view it and can see for themselves how controlled Tony is, being subjected only to this one man for life. We need to set Tony Free and make certain he is in a sanctuary. One tiger sanctuary in Oregon is superb.
