Thats great, but why now? There is only one reason that Green energy is becoming more and more popular these days... money!! This only means that the media are succeding in turning peoples mind whenever they want. Global warming has been a problem for decades, but now more and more companies are investing into green energy and suddenly more people se the problem. I remember some years ago the media were actually saing that "scientists" confirmed that global warming is not dangerous and that its a natural process where humans were not involved. And now suddenly when money is involved everyone is interested in green solutions. Its hilarious how most people need to be rewarded for doing the right thing.
Love to all.

I'm disappointed in the relatively small percentage!

We should have already been acting on this very serious matter. Better late than never.

But they're still driving their gas-guzzling SUV's and building their enormous houses, but wait, I must be only talking about the one-out-of-five who don't believe it will be a serious problem. Yah, right. We don't need the government to tell us what to do anymore than we need to have them tell us when to brush our teeth. EVERYONE just needs to act responsibly and conserve wherever possible. Just put that illusion of grandeur aside, because in the end, you can’t take it with you anyways…

It doesn't matter how many people think governments should be acting on Climate Change; governments are more concerned about 'fiscal cliffs', 'debt', 'deficit', and war. The last few years have shown us how appalling governments have been in dealing with those problems, so we might do better dealing with Climate Change ourselves.

It's a slow process to get people to believe in global warming. 57% is a step in the right direction for people to encourage government to address global warming. I hope it works.

Thank you, Micheal and Cher. So, it seems that a majority of Americans are beginning to take global warming seriously. Good news!
