Right... Hurray for the federal government - no one should be allowed to decide what they want - let's have them tell us what to do! Hurray for rigid hierarchical systems that do not take into account unique conditions - hurray!

If we are to continue to murder cats and dogs every day, every week, every year, we at least owe them the dignity of a painfree, quick death. They do NOT deserve to die screaming, howling, vomitting, defecating, in terror, in pain, fighting for their very last breath and alone. , Ban all gas chambers NOW and spare thousands and thousands of animals this brutal, cruel death. Ban them NOW.

In Australia, apprently, all animals have to be registered and, if not being used for breeding, must be neutered/spayed.

It does create problems for those who have illegal animals as they cannot take it/them to the vet as they will be reported. But, it does keep down the number of unwanted pets.

How dare this US allows the Gas chanmers for killing the dogs. Learnd from Hitler??? STOP INHUMANE CRUELTY TO THE LIVING BEINGS. Controll the Bloody Puppy Mills & then see how you will be able to manage this epidemic of overpopulation of cats & dogs. Find the CAUSE FIRST & TREAT THE DAMN CAUSE. This mass murder of dogs are taking place in the US because the higher authorities does not do the job right. CLOSE THE DAMN PUPPY MILLS. Make sure those scumbags do a decent job to make a living.
What a way to earn a dollar!!! Those are stupid morons keep selling & selling & selling these innocent animals to any customer who come in front of their face and at the end these helpless animals ends up on streets. Then finally they have to pay a very high a price with their own lives. THE DEATH PENALTY!!! I wish all those moron who support for this mass murder should go to suffer the hell on earth.
