Endosulfan is a deadly chemical that is highly toxic to polar bears, amphibians and humans. The Environmental Protection Agency approved its ban in June. But now the agency wants to allow endosulfan to remain on the market for another six years.

The destruction of the polar regions and with it the massive destruction of the bears seems limitless. I saw a documentary where what ever scary happened so far, due to the melting of the ice and the lack of food makes the bears are eating their young. Never saw this in hundreds of years of known existence of life of polar bears. Thanks for the note, but added sadness gives each other in signing the petition can make a difference.

I am all for whatever it takes for the polar bear's future. Such a beautiful species and needs our voice and protection from man's ugly ways. Their habitat is disappearing due to man and we are responsible - our duty to restore what we took

Thanks for letting me get this article. I signed the petition and I have disclosed in my TL of Twitter. I think we should stop the use of chemicals and pesticides that end up destroying life and different ecosystems that nourish the chain of life. Bears like many others are especially sensitive to what they eat. I'm glad I could help at least to stop the use of these pesticides.
