"Fisher, obviously distraught, yelled at the deputies after the murder and was told by Europe that he needed to calm down and that he could get another dog" Are you kidding me?! What if this was a child he shot. To some people, their pets are family. Would he have said that about a child too? Much training(and prosecution) is needed since this is not the first instance of a fatality. Signed....

Get that monster the punishment he deserves!!! I am trying so hard not to curse him out!!!
People in positions of authority abusing their powers really pisses me off!!!! And to read that this is not his first 'mistake' really gets my blood boiling. I have emailed this to some of my friends as well.
