S&N Why must they mix it with other metals? Why not keep it seperate and use it in facilities that are already radioactive? We should be getting away from neuclear power and move to solar, wind energy, ocean turbins, geothermal (where practical) and many other green energy sources!!

And then we can give those precious little babies radioactive strollers, pacifiers and sippy cups that are chock-full of BPA, milk laden with growth hormones we gave to the cow--and hey! Wouldn’t this little cutie be even more adorable if we gave it a GUN!! Can’t wait too long to train this little cannon fodder how to shoot, now, can we?

. . . Why’s this one turning blue?

Waddaya mean, he can’t breathe? There’s NOTHING WRONG with a little coal-ash laden smog! Geeze, what a bunch of whiners.

(The idiots I encountered on the drive home from work put me in a bad mood. Can you tell?)

TY...Ummm. Fukushima is still raining down on us as much as day one. It could get much worse if that tilting building falls. It's loaded with spent rods. Must not be good enough for news, like Chernobol was.

I am guessing republicans and their college ed-you-kated lemmings are festering in the Dept of Energy and thinks recycled radioactive materials in toys is a good thing.

How much do we love ourselves that we are willing to put our own life in danger. What do the policy maker think? That they, their grandchildren, children wont be effected by this? Wake up, we are all equal.

What in the name of MORALS is going on, with the constant 'greed' displayed by Big Business?
By all means, you conservatives out there. Support them, and give them your money, especially the extremely politicians.

After speaking with my shoe repair man the other day, who is a conservative and living in the suburbs (What a shock!), I think I became enlightened, but I'm not certain.
I told him that I was not a give-a-way everything, liberal and would, absolutely, change the welfare system, as we know it. He was happy to hear that and continued to tell me how unhappy he was that, all these _poor people_ take advantage of the system.
I told him that he was probably accurate about 'some' _poor people_, as there are good and bad among us all. However, I wonder why you are not upset with the rich people who take advantage of us. Surely, their greed far exceeds anything that poor people could fraudulently take.

The moral of the story is: After further contemplation, he said, perhaps, middle America lets slide, the greed and dishonesty perpetrated by the wealthy, because we all 'dream' that one day we will be one of them.

I rest my case!

To sylvia Szczepaik:

Unfortunately, we are all, only as equal as we believe we are, in terms of actually demanding equal treatment. I have, and surely you have also, known many people who don't believe they are equal and they practically worship actors/actresses, Queen Elizabeth and other dignitaries.
The huge junk magazine sales and popular TV programs, featuring personalities that many people 'can't get enough of', are examples.

Hopefully, we can learn to love and respect ourselves, and rid our lives of impossible expectations.
